DUI & ALCOHOL/DRUG EVALUATIONS
If you have been arrested for a DUI, underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication, received a drinking ticket or possession of an illegal drug, you will be court ordered to complete a DUI evaluation or a drug/alcohol assessment. IT IS YOUR CHOICE to be proactive and choose your own SUPR Licensed Evaluator* and treatment provider, or you can wait until the judge orders you where to go.
Our Evaluations/Assessments and treatment programs are accepted by all courts nationwide.*
If you received a DUI, an individual may be initially evaluated in the Minimal, Moderate, Significant, or High Risk Category. If you had an arrest charge for possession or underage drinking, or other non-DUI offense, you would receive a recommendation of hours based on your clinical needs. These levels include a set number of hours in Early Intervention or Outpatient Treatment. Hours can be increased while in treatment due to clinical needs.
Our staff is well trained in these areas. Based on our Evaluation/Assessment and court recommendations, the staff at RockWater will place you in the correct level of care. At this time, RockWater Counseling Center is offering court mandated group services for Minimal Risk, Moderate Risk, Significant, High Risk, Early Intervention, Outpatient Treatment and Intensive Outpatient treatment.
